<p><em><strong>Yummy Chocolate Fondue:</strong></em></p>
<p>5 ounces of chocolate, chopped.<br />
1 cup of cocoa powder, sifted.<br />
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar.<br />
1 1/4 cups of water.<br />
3/4 of cup heavy cream, plus.<br />
1/4 of cup corn syrup.<br />
1 tablespoon of heavy cream.</p>
<p>For Dipping:  Your choice of cake and favorite fruits, cut into bite-sized pieces.</p>
<h3><em>Instructions for Chocolate Fondue:</em></h3>
<p>Sift the cocoa into a mixing bowl and then set aside.</p>
<p>Put the water, sugar and corn syrup in a pot and bring to boil.</p>
<p>Simmer for about 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Pour the cocoa powder into the solution and blend with a whisk until smooth.</p>
<p>Return the chocolate mixture to the stove and continue cooking over a medium heat.</p>
<p>Add the heavy cream; bring to boil and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate.</p>
<p>Pour into a fondue pot and keep warm.</p>

<p><strong>Tasty Cheese Fondue Recipe:</strong>        </p>
<h3>Swiss Fondue ingredients list:</h3>
<p>8 oz of Swiss cheese.<br />
4 oz of Gruyere cheese.<br />
1 cup of dry white wine.<br />
1 ½ tablespoons of cornstarch.<br />
1 tablespoon of Kirsch.<br />
1 garlic clove.<br />
French bread, cut into one-inch cubes.</p>
<h3>Instructions for Swiss Fondue:</h3>
<p>Grate the cheeses and mix with the cornstarch.</p>
<p>Slice the garlic clove in half.</p>
<p>Rub half of the garlic over inside of your fondue pot. <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">(<span style="color: #ff0000;">before you heat it</span>)</span></em><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />

Finely dice the other half of the garlic and add to pot.</p>
<p>Add the dry white wine to pot and heat slowly until it begins to bubble.</p>
<p>Gently stir in the cheese/cornstarch mixture.</p>
<p>Add the Kirsch and serve with diced French bread.</p>
