Nubian: First let me say, The Melting Pot has nothing on you!  There is just NO comparison.  You paid so much attention to detail on each and every facet of our dining experience. My boyfriend has never eaten all the food on his plate and enjoyed it, without complaint,  but he did! It was a wonderful and fun night. Pairing us with the other couples also made for a fun night!  I was amazed watching you work and your personal touch and professional flair from the place settings to the flatware was undeniably the most ingenious idea. You are wonderful or should I say fabulous!  The meat selections we had were seasoned to perfection and having the items I preferred as well as my vegetarian boyfriend really made our dinner unique. I look forward to you catering our wedding with your classic and fondue combination. Its worth every cent if every morsel is as good as it was for Valentines Day 2010! Thank you again.

Dear Nubian,

My husband and I were so privileged to have attended a dinner in February hosted by you and your staff. The table settings were beautiful and the food was divine. The ginger salad dressing and various dipping sauces – all hand-made – were the perfect accompaniments to the delicious fondue. Dessert of chocolate-dipped fruits rounded out the evening wonderfully. Your warmth toward us and the way in which you attended to our needs before, during and after the dinner were touching. Those we ate with who knew you spoke highly of you and your service. We had never “fon-dued” before, but we are so glad we “fon-did”.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful evening hosted by FabulousFoundue4U. As part of her Valentines Day special, we had a great time. Nubian and her associates took care of all those little details that people remember….and we’ll remember all of them. She’s a real pro. The food was outstanding. The environment was exquisite.
